Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior QA/QC Construction Project Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control on active construction and renovation projects. You will ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and regulatory expectations while supporting overall delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in QA/QC programs, on-site oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive compliant project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in construction QA/QC or project coordination or equivalent.
• Experience implementing QA/QC programs and supporting construction site operations.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and submittal processes.
• Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety practices.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC plans across construction projects to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and reviews to verify quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Review construction drawings and submittals for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
• Support RFI and submittal processes and ensure proper documentation and tracking.
• Identify, document, and help resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and risks.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including inspection reports, meeting minutes, and compliance records.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure adherence to QA/QC processes.
• Support project reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) related to quality metrics and construction progress.
• Assist in managing project risks related to quality, safety, and compliance.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate QA/QC updates with stakeholders.
• Review as-built documentation and assist in project closeout activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
