Job summary

Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to establish and maintain processes evaluating IT systems, software, and related documentation for a federal opportunity. This role directs QA and QC activities across the software lifecycle, applying verification, validation, testing, integration, and metrics to ensure quality while determining resources for IT quality control.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of QA/QC experience, DoD 8570 Baseline

Qualifications

• At least five years of QA/QC experience on IT systems.
• Experience with verification and validation, testing, and integration.
• Ability to develop QA plans and allocate QA resources.
• Apply technical knowledge to specialized IT solutions and problems.
• Nationally recognized certification in a technical authority.
• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification, IAT Level II.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain software evaluation processes.
• Develop software QA plans and identify QC resources.
• Maintain quality throughout the software lifecycle.
• Conduct lifecycle reviews and document findings.
• Apply verification, validation, testing, integration, and metrics.
• Provide SME guidance across technical areas.
• Support specialized solutions in environmental, scientific, and logistics domains.
