Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting software testing, QA, or test engineering activities.
• Experience developing and executing test plans, cases, and procedures.
• Experience working with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and procedures.
• Identify, document, track, and help resolve defects and issues.
• Support QA activities across the SDLC, ensuring standards are followed.
• Participate in reviews of requirements, designs, and test plans.
• Evaluate software/hardware/documentation for functionality and readiness.
• Collaborate with teams to define testing needs and validate capabilities.
• Contribute to automated testing that improves coverage and efficiency.
• Support regression, integration, functional, and user acceptance testing.
• Utilize GitHub, Jira, and Confluence for testing, defect tracking, and docs.
