Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, quality management or related field.
• Proven experience leading QA programs and systems.
• Experience with ISO 9001, Mil-Std-790 and regulatory standards in electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, processes, and systems to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee QMS maintenance, documentation, and change control for quality programs.
• Manage audits (internal and external) and ensure corrective actions are effective.
• Lead a QA team, coach and develop staff, and foster quality accountability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues with engineering, operations, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, CMMC and related regulations for government contracts.
