Job summary

Liberty Software, a partner to pharmacies nationwide, seeks a Senior QA Analyst to shape software quality through strategic planning, manual and automated testing, and cross-team collaboration. This onsite role in Southlake, TX requires 5+ years in QA, strong automation, and familiarity with healthcare tech. No visa sponsorship is offered.

You’ll lead test planning, oversee diverse testing types, and mentor junior QA staff while driving process improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of software QA experience with strong QA process knowledge.
• Pharmacy software or healthcare tech experience a plus.
• ISTQB Advanced Level or similar certifications preferred.
• Proven manual testing, test design, and execution across web/desktop/mobile.
• Advanced automated testing skills with Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or equivalents.
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments and collaboration.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools for QA integration.
• Proficiency with bug tracking/test management tools like JIRA/Zephyr.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter/LoadRunner is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication; able to lead initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Undertake functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders on requirements.
• Manage bug tracking and prioritization using JIRA or similar tools.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enable continuous testing.
• Conduct performance and load testing to assess stability.
• Analyze results and provide actionable quality improvement insights.
• Mentor junior QA teammates and promote a culture of quality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, tooling, and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
