Job summary

Intelliswift Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Functional Testing QA Analyst to lead end-to-end QA for TSYS projects within the North American Retail Payments team. The role involves planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off to ensure quality across initiatives.

This hybrid position requires hands-on TSYS experience, strong communication, and collaboration with onshore and offshore teams; expect 2x weekly in-office days (Tuesday and Thursday), with compensation at $55–$58 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have strong, recent hands-on TSYS experience, including TSYS-TS2 green screen data conditioning and TSYS rewards.
• Experience with pricing and interests related TSYS projects involving disclosure group changes, fee updates, and pricing updates.
• Led new credit card product launches end to end.
• Experience with payment projects.
• Experience with card generation, statements, letters & communications.
• Experience with digital wallets and tokenization.
• In-depth written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns end to end QA including planning, execution, defect management, and sign off for TSYS projects.
• Work closely with business partners and vendors.
• Manage defect triage, root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Enforce QA standards, test documentation, and compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to improve quality and efficiency.
