Job summary

Intelliswift Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Functional Testing QA Analyst to lead end-to-end QA for TSYS projects within the North American Retail Payments team. The role involves planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off to ensure quality across initiatives.

This hybrid position requires hands-on TSYS experience, strong communication, and collaboration with onshore and offshore teams; expect 2x weekly in-office days (Tuesday and Thursday), with compensation at $55–$58 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have strong, recent hands-on TSYS experience, including TSYS-TS2 green screen data conditioning and TSYS rewards.
• Experience with pricing and interests related TSYS projects involving disclosure group changes, fee updates, and pricing updates.
• Led new credit card product launches end to end.
• Experience with payment projects.
• Experience with card generation, statements, letters & communications.
• Experience with digital wallets and tokenization.
• In-depth written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

Role Mandate:

The TSYS team under the North American Retail Payments umbrella is looking to add a QA Lead.

The role will own end-to-end QA including planning, execution, defect management, and sign off for TSYS projects.

Team Structure:

The team consists of around 20 people, 7-8 onshore and 10-12 offshore.

This role is highly collaborative with both the onshore and offshore teams.
