Job summary

Fidelity & Guaranty Life is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to drive the transformation of our Quality Engineering practice. This role oversees test deliverables, contract testers, and domain quality strategy, with a focus on automation and AI tooling.

You will own quality initiatives, coordinate vendor performance, and ensure rigorous testing across Life & Annuity or financial systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive with strong communication skills, 4–7 years in QA, experience testing ETL,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 4–7 years QA experience.
• Experience documenting and analyzing software test metrics.
• Life & Annuity knowledge or financial systems domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities for large projects, including test planning, design, execution, and management.
• Coordinate QA resources and communicate results to business and IT partners.
• Manage UAT coordination and obtain sign‑offs for releases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing CoE.
