eNGINE is seeking a hands-on Data QA Manager to lead the quality assurance strategy for enterprise data pipelines, platforms, and analytics products. You will manage a four‑person QA team, stay technically engaged, and partner with Data Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Data Governance.

The role requires deep data testing experience, advanced SQL, Python, PyTest, and Databricks expertise, with a focus on automation, standards, and measurable quality across the data lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA/testing, with data pipelines or analytics experience.
• Strong Data QA/Data Quality background; not suitable for pure QA from other domains.
• Advanced SQL and validation of complex data sets; focus on data transformations and relationships.
• Hands‑on PyTest experience for automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data QA function with structured test planning, execution, and regression coverage.
• Develop testing strategies for data pipelines, transformations, models, and analytics outputs.
• Validate data in Databricks and other modern data environments.
• Build automated data testing capabilities using Python and PyTest.
