Job summary

Marsh in Louisville, KY seeks a Specialist - IT Quality Assurance to lead functional, automation, data testing and AI-assisted testing across enterprise applications, APIs and data pipelines. You will own and implement test strategies and mentor QA teammates.

You will collaborate with development, product and data teams to drive high-quality software, data integrity and AI-enabled testing, while continuously improving quality practices.

Qualifications

• Senior QA lead with experience coordinating offshore teams.
• Experience testing across languages, technologies, platforms.
• Hands-on AI testing for AI/ML models; automation for AI-powered apps.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement the pod-wide test automation strategy (CI/CD, testing pyramid, frameworks).
• Lead testing of AI/GenAI business applications and embed AI capabilities into testing tools.
• Define and improve quality practices, standards, and methods across squads.
• Collaborate with Pod leads, Product Owners and operations to align quality objectives.
• Drive process improvements to increase quality, velocity and efficiency.
• Provide timely QA reporting and dashboards for stakeholders.
