Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Specialist - IT Quality Assurance to join our IT QA team. Based in Louisville, KY with Eastern U.S. consideration, this hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week.

You will lead testing across enterprise apps, APIs, and data pipelines, and embed GenAI capabilities into test tooling. You will own the test automation strategy, mentor QA members, and collaborate with development, product, and data teams to ensure data quality and product reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience as a QA Lead with offshore teams.
• Experience testing software across multiple languages, technologies, and platforms.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI to test and validate AI/ML models, including automation for AI-powered applications.
• Experience collecting, processing, and evaluating data quality for AI frameworks and pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile-at-scale with CI, TDD, and Infrastructure as Code, designing and implementing automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement the Pod-wide test automation strategy (CI/CD, automation pyramid/shift-left, frameworks and tooling) and ensure consistent adoption across all squads for functional and non-functional testing (performance, security, compatibility, accessibility).
• Lead QA team collaboration to ensure work is properly aligned, understood, and delivered; provide guidance as needed.
• Lead testing of AI/GenAI business applications and embed GenAI capabilities into test tooling and utilities.
• Define, federate, and improve built-in quality practices, standards, and methods (RCA, stage containment, code quality).
• Collaborate with Pod/squad leads, Product Owners, and operations to align quality objectives with PI/resourcing plans.
• Drive process improvement to increase quality, velocity, and efficiency.
• Provide timely QA reporting and dashboards for monitoring quality and data-driven course corrections.
