Job summary

Marsh seeks a Specialist - IT Quality Assurance to join its IT QA team as a QA Lead. The role focuses on functional, automation, data testing, and AI-assisted testing across enterprise apps, APIs, and data pipelines.

You will design test strategies, implement plans, and mentor QA members while collaborating with development, product, and data teams. The position emphasizes leading AI/GenAI testing, embedding AI capabilities into tooling, and driving quality practices across squads with a strong

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA teams, including offshore members.
• Experience testing software across multiple languages, technologies, and platforms.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI to test and validate AI/ML models, including automation for AI-powered applications.
• Experience collecting, processing, and evaluating data quality, as well as preparing test data for AI frameworks and pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile-at-scale, Lean, and continuous delivery environments, including CI, TDD, and Infrastructure as Code, with the ability to design and implement automation frameworks.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement the Pod-wide test automation strategy (CI/CD, automation pyramid/shift-left, frameworks and tooling) and ensure consistent adoption across all squads for functional and non-functional testing (performance, security, compatibility, accessibility).
• Work closely with QA team members to ensure work is properly aligned, understood, and delivered. Provide support and guidance as needed.
• Lead testing of AI/GenAI business applications and embed GenAI capabilities into test tooling and utilities (AI-driven insights, optimization, code refactoring, comparisons, migrations).
• Define, federate, and continuously improve built-in quality practices, standards, and methods (RCA, stage containment, code quality) so squads deliver consistent, high-value outcomes aligned to Pod and global approaches.
