Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of applicable experience on large complex multimillion dollar federal projects.
• Experience with a wide range of trades including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, roofing, and general building construction.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and submit reports on construction projects for compliance.
• Monitor contractor’s quality system and administer the three-phase inspection process.
• Provide recommendations to government personnel regarding contract plans.
