Responsibilities

• Observes and investigates construction phases for compliance with schedules and specifications.
• Performs inspections and completes daily site reports.
• Assists in preparation of scopes of work for RFP's.
• Reviews contractor plans and technical submittals for approval action.
• Prepares correspondence regarding contractor performance.
• Monitors scheduled progress of all construction activities.
• Logs and maintains data for project management.
