Grassroots Analytics is seeking a Senior QA Analyst/Engineer to join our team of experts and provide top-tier, individualized fundraising guidance directly to our clients. The QA Engineer/Analyst will collaborate closely with the Directors of Engineering and Product to support the ongoing testing of our SaaS platform.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about getting in on the ground floor of a new SaaS platform, working with engineering, product and design to build out test plans,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or Analyst.
• Experience leading software quality assurance with a focus on automation testing.
• Experience creating, authoring, executing and documenting test cases in an Agile cadence.
• Familiarity with writing efficient and scalable test scripts.
• Direct experience with software performance testing practices.
• Experience testing within Commercial Cloud Platforms (e.g., GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and define the QA process with Engineering and Product (30%).
• Plan and design QA tests for new features (30%).
• Write and execute QA tests, including manual functional, regression and smoke tests (30%).
• Perform cross-browser and responsive testing; validate integrations, APIs and webhooks.
• Release support: sign off on release readiness and help manage test data and environments.
