Job summary

Sigma360 is seeking a QA Engineer to own end-to-end validation of its enterprise SaaS platform. You will build and maintain automated tests for core workflows, while performing manual validation for complex scenarios and edge cases.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to define acceptance criteria and ensure releases meet a high bar for reliability. The role supports a remote-first team with opportunities to influence QA processes, tooling, and standards as the product scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years testing enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience building QA automation for production SaaS products.
• Experience designing test coverage and maintaining it as features evolve.
• Experience performing structured manual validation of complex workflows.
• Strong written communication for bug reports and validation notes.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements with Product and Engineering to clarify acceptance criteria.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test coverage for critical user paths and core workflows.
• Perform hands-on manual testing for complex scenarios and edge cases.
• Balance automation vs manual validation to optimize confidence, cost, and speed.
• Execute release validation to ensure features meet requirements before production.
• Reproduce and triage defects with clear steps and impact.
