As the team expands, you will mentor a junior QA and help progress toward a QA Lead role, while collaborating closely with engineers and the CTO to improve quality across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own hands-on testing across the SaaS platform, APIs and backend services.
• Test databases and data validation for integrity.
• Build and improve automated testing across the landscape.
• Contribute to QA strategy, processes and tooling.
• Collaborate with engineers and CTO to raise quality.
• Identify gaps in test coverage and implement regression tests.
• Plan for scalable QA as the team grows.
• Support and mentor junior QA when hired.
