Loadsmart is seeking a skilled Senior QA Engineer to drive quality across our logistics ecosystem. You will focus on manual validation of complex edge cases and error states, ensuring continuous testing throughout the development cycle to identify issues beyond standard automated happy-path scenarios.

You will validate OpenDock, YMS, and SmartGate features while contributing to automation framework evolution.

Qualifikationen

• Over 5 years of professional manual validation for web-based applications, with focus on edge cases and error states.
• Proven ability to identify defects by testing boundary conditions and non-standard workflows.
• Experience in high-velocity weekly release environments and documenting defects clearly.
• Proficient in scaling quality with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
• Experience using AI-driven platforms (e.g., Claude) to enhance exploratory testing and bug analysis.
• Strong written and spoken English for collaboration with US and Brazil teams.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and extend Loadsmart's test automation framework for edge cases and failures.
• Manually test tickets throughout the week, not just before releases.
• Design and execute test cases for edge cases, error states, and unhappy paths.
• Test features with invalid data and boundary conditions to uncover defects.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to speed up test design and bug investigation.
• Perform full regression testing ahead of weekly releases across web and mobile.
• Write clear, reproducible bug reports to empower engineers.
