Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
• Eight years of experience as an analyst/tester on software projects with requirement analysis and test script execution.
• Five years mapping requirements to test cases and generating test scripts.
• Five years using relational databases and writing SQL scripts.
• Five years using MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with Jira or VersionOne for change requests and incidents.
• Knowledge of manual and automated testing, 508, performance, UAT, regression, and integration testing.
• Experience with automated testing tools and cross-platform web/mobile testing.
• Testing Java, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, and JMeter.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor capable QA processes and root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
• Develop strategic QA plans for targeted areas of the organization.
• Provide QA strategies aligning with standards, regulations, and customer needs.
• Develop and implement QA life cycle methodologies and metrics.
• Create test cases, testing plans and procedures in agile environments.
• Coordinate IT software tests and evaluate results for regulatory compliance.
• Design and prepare test data; review results for conformance to design.
• Maintain automated regression and integration test plans for validation.
• Communicate test results and feedback to business and IT stakeholders.
