Job summary

Raval West is seeking a Senior QA Tester with 8+ years of manual testing experience to support a benefits administration platform in Phoenix, AZ. You will design and execute comprehensive test plans, perform various testing types, and verify eligibility rules, workflows, and payments, while ensuring data integrity via SQL and collaborating in Agile teams.

Responsibilities include preparing test data, documenting results, tracking defects, and supporting UAT.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manual software testing experience.
• Hands-on experience using Katalon Studio to develop, execute, and maintain automated tests.
• Strong test case design, defect management, and SQL skills.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios from business requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate eligibility rules, claims workflows, benefit calculations, and payments.
• Prepare test data, validate backend data using SQL, and document results.
• Track defects, verify fixes, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
