Job summary

Cloud Software Group, LLC is seeking a senior QA Engineer to lead testing of IBM z/OS and CICS based integrations. You will design test strategies, build automated suites, and validate complex transaction flows across Linux/Windows environments.

You will collaborate with product management and development teams, review documentation, and support remote colleagues while delivering high-quality software on a deadline-driven schedule.

Qualifications

• 8+ years QA testing on IBM z/OS, IBM CICS and Linux/Windows.
• BE/ME/MTech in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of IBM CICS and mainframe concepts.
• Experience with IBM z/OS tools (JCL, ISPF).
• Experience with transactional products (Substation ES, IBM MQ, IBM XCF).
• Experience with messaging (TIBCO EMS/JMS, Pulsar/Kafka).
• UI testing and front-end automation (Selenium or Cypress).

Responsibilities

• Define QA strategy, test planning, and automation development.
• Collaborate with product and dev teams to translate requirements into tests.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites and plans.
• Create manual tests for complex scenarios.
• Review and update product documentation.
• Work with remote teams and report status.
