Job summary

Meazure Learning invites applications for a Senior QA Engineer I based in Durham, NC. You will lead QA efforts across the software testing lifecycle, coordinating with developers and product owners to ensure high-quality releases in an Agile setting.

The role emphasizes test plan creation, bug tracking, and continuous process improvement. You will leverage tools like Selenium, TestRail, JMeter, and Jira, and contribute to accessibility testing with NVDA/JAWS.

Qualifications

• Experience in a software product/vendor environment.
• Fluent in common testing tools and practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into testable cases.

Responsibilities

• Generate detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans.
• Help manage and support testing processes.
• Develop and implement product quality standards.
• Devise innovative ways to define and continually improve QA and testing processes.
• Perform QA testing to ensure tasks are completed as documented and verify that changes are bug free.
• Demonstrate visible progress on work and cross functional behavior to ensure quality, on time delivery.
• Engage with Software Engineers and Product Owners to communicate risks and impediments.
