Job summary

Smartmatic USA Corp is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to help deliver reliable election technology. You will design, document, and execute test cases that validate software functionality and integrated system behavior.

The role involves hands-on manual testing, defect identification, regression support, and close collaboration with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to improve quality practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in QA or software testing.
• Strong manual testing, test execution, and defect tracking.
• Ability to design, maintain, and execute test cases.
• Experience testing APIs, databases, or integrated systems.
• Familiar with Jira, Git, and QA tools.
• Exposure to test automation, scripting, or regression testing.
• Experience validating hardware, firmware, or software-hardware integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
