The role emphasizes data-driven quality assurance, inspections, audits, and collaboration across departments. Travel up to 20% may be required as part of supplier and process audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and familiarity with industry-specific standards.
• Proficiency with SPC, root cause analysis, and FMEA.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to travel 10%-20%.
• US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and implement QA protocols for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on materials, components, and finished products.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports to track performance and identify trends.
• Support supplier quality management through supplier audits and assessments.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
