Job summary

Temposonics, LLC, based in Cary, North Carolina, is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure products meet quality standards and regulations. You will develop, implement, and maintain QA processes in manufacturing, collaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain to drive continuous improvement and reduce defects.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or quality management, 3+ years QA in manufacturing, and ISO 9001 familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and familiarity with industry-specific standards.
• Proficiency in using quality tools: SPC, Root Cause Analysis, and FMEA.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
• Ability to travel 10-20%.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and implement QA protocols tailored to manufacturing processes.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on materials, components, and finished products.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to identify root causes and implement CAPAs.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports to track metrics and trends.
• Support supplier quality management through supplier evaluations and audits.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
