Kings III of America is seeking a seasoned QA engineer to own quality across the LiftNet platform, including unit and integration test automation, CI/CD stages, and test data and environments. Lead the Xray test-management framework, ensure staging readiness, and drive quality gates with engineering and the Software PM, delivering reliable releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in QA/test engineering with QA-lead experience.
• Strong test-automation skills (CI/CD-integrated frameworks).
• Experience standing up and maintaining test environments and test data management.
• Disciplined about quality gates without becoming a release bottleneck.
• Collaborates closely with engineering, DevOps, and the Software PM.

Responsibilities

• Own test automation - unit, integration, and end-to-end - integrated into CI/CD.
• Own the Xray + Version Matrix test-management framework and reporting.
• Own staging/release readiness tracking and test sign-off.
• Own the test lab, equipment staging, and environment availability for testing.
• Own test data and non-production test environments (with no real customer PII).
• Define and enforce quality gates with engineering and the Software PM.
• Report quality and coverage metrics into the delivery rhythm.
