Digital Disbursements, a subsidiary of Western Alliance Bank, is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to drive automated and manual testing across web, API, and cloud platforms. You will design test cases, execute complex test suites, and collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure high-quality releases in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience as a QA engineer with automated and manual testing.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of business/systems analysis and development of functional system specifications.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, preferably Playwright.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and API testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform System, Integration, Data Migration, End to End, Regression, and Exploratory testing across Web Apps, Cloud Apps, Databases, and APIs.
• Design and implement automation scripts and test cases.
• Coordinate with developers and business analysts to resolve defects and ensure quality.
• Report quality metrics including test coverage, automation ROI, and pass/fail rates.
• Establish QA standards, policies, and procedures for all programs.
