CashFlow Central is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and release readiness of solutions that support small businesses. This role is part of an agile scrum team focused on preventing defects, improving test coverage, and delivering clear quality signals throughout the delivery lifecycle.

This is a quality-focused role; you will lead test planning, identify risks early, drive automation, and raise confidence in releases with disciplined validation and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering QA in agile environments.
• Strong automation and validation skills.
• Translate evolving requirements into test strategy.
• Test APIs, UI and data-intensive flows.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategy and test plans for features and fixes.
• Design, execute, and maintain functional, integration, regression, exploratory tests.
• Build and maintain automated test coverage for releases.
• Clarify acceptance criteria and surface quality risks early.
• Validate behavior across services, environments, and deployments.
• Triage defects and support root-cause analysis with developers.
• Contribute to CI/CD quality gates and release-readiness practices.
• Support test data planning and environment readiness.
• Promote quality practices across the team through coaching.
