Job summary

You’ll partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to elevate testing standards, ensure scalable performance, and drive healthier software delivery. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with 4+ years in software testing and a focus on automation using Playwright, Python, or TypeScript.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software testing across API, backend, and frontend.
• Hands-on with automation frameworks like Playwright and Python/TypeScript.
• Experience reducing production risk with end-to-end quality ownership.
• Able to coach team on quality practices and measurements.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing in day-to-day workflows.
• Experience with performance testing concepts and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk-based testing strategies tailored to squad architecture.
• Design and execute tests across UI, APIs, back-end, and data pipelines.
• Drive quality discussions in Scrum ceremonies and improve defect priorities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to hire and develop skills.
