Job summary

Synapse Tech Services is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to gather business and technical requirements, develop and validate specifications, enhancements, and bug fixes for enterprise applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders to review requirements and obtain approvals prior to code deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of QA experience in software testing.
• Experience with automation and manual testing in enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements, develop test plans and scenarios.
• Design, implement, and execute automated and manual tests.
• Track defects and coordinate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Perform data validation and regression testing in an Agile environment.
