Job summary

Jenzabar, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer IV to find bugs and regressions, design and execute test cases and automation scripts, and validate testing completion for successful releases.

The role requires applying product and technical expertise, improving testing processes, and coordinating testing activities across a cross-functional team. Experience with ERP systems and SQL tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional QA experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills to test software quality.
• Technical background to craft test scenarios from requirements and specs.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio and writing SQL queries.
• Experience with QA testing on ERP-type applications/systems.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications, and design docs to provide feedback.
• Develop testing plans and scenarios to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities within cross-functional teams.
• Design, develop and execute test cases and automation scripts.
• Identify, record, and track bugs.
