Job summary

J. J. Keller is seeking a Quality Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated testing solutions across web, mobile, API, and desktop apps using Playwright, Selenium, Appium, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years software QA experience with automation tools.
• Experience with automated testing tools - Selenium, Appium strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI and end-to-end automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks across web, mobile, API, and desktop apps.
• Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium with C#, Appium and other automation frameworks.
• Develop and maintain QA automation agents to support test execution, validation, monitoring, reporting, and productivity improvements.
• Perform mobile testing on iOS and Android platforms including functional, regression, compatibility, and end-to-end testing.
• Automate desktop testing to validate critical workflows and ensure application stability.
• Collaborate with Development, Product, and QA teams to create test cases, plans, and automation strategies.
• Identify quality issues, troubleshoot automation failures, and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze automated test results, investigate defects, and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for consistent validation.
• Maintain automation code quality via version control, reusable components, and standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, AI-assisted QA, and test engineering best practices.
• Apply OWASP guidelines and secure testing practices to identify security risks.
