Job summary
MO is seeking a Senior Testing Engineer to support federal government customers, initially the VA, owning testing and QA across complex projects to ensure accessibility, usability, and policy compliance. - 5+ years of software testing or QA experience
- Experience testing mobile apps
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and testing methods
Responsibilities
- Own testing and QA for assigned projects across the product lifecycle
- Design and execute functional, performance, and accessibility tests
- Develop and maintain automated tests and workflows
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and stakeholders
- Validate fixes and ensure production readiness
- Identify risks and opportunities to improve testing approaches
- Integrate AI and automation to improve coverage and delivery
- Educate teams on testing best practices and accessibility
