Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to help build an AI-driven platform for life sciences, acting as a founding team member responsible for QA processes, documentation, and test automation for Falcon. You will balance performance, cost, and reliability in a startup-like environment while collaborating with engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on QA experience with automation, tooling, and process oversight.
• Experience writing automated test suites covering sanity, boundary, negative, concurrency, and compatibility scenarios.
• Programming skills in Python, TypeScript or Java.
• Strong Unix/Linux command-line experience for log analysis and backend debugging.
• Proficiency with SQL for data validation.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Unrestricted right to work in the United States; Veeva will not provide sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Implement the AI based QA process in collaboration with engineers and production operations to establish the QA process for Falcon.
• Own platform test automation by developing and maintaining automated test cases for the Falcon platform.
• Support releases by assisting with documentation and processes to ensure smooth rolling updates.
• Maintain test environments and integrations in partnership with engineering for Falcon.
