Job summary

Veeva Ostro is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure SaaS quality across the platform, blending manual precision with automated testing and exploring AI-driven testing approaches. You will own quality end-to-end and collaborate with product, engineering and customer success to define requirements and expected behavior.

The role involves building test cases, creating data sets, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines while driving continuous QA improvements with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software quality assurance with manual and automated testing.
• Hands-on with Cypress, Playwright or Selenium and JS/Python/Java.
• Experience validating APIs with Postman, RestAssured or similar.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) for test integration.
• Interest in AI/ML driven testing and LLM-based approaches.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for SaaS quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects with development teams.
• Create and maintain test cases, scripts, data for testing.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success on requirements.
• Research and implement AI-driven automation frameworks and LLM testing.
• Conduct regression and performance testing for scalability.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Deliver clear test reports and status updates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous QA process improvements with minimal oversight.
