Job summary

SHR– Software Hardware Re-engineered is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead testing strategy and QA automation for FEMA applications. You will ensure quality, security, and performance across cloud-hosted systems and contribute to DevSecOps practices.

The role requires leading QA planning, architectural automation, security testing, and mentoring teams, with at least 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree. FEMA Public Trust is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced automation and test architecture skills.
• Experience with cloud-native test tooling and DevSecOps practices.
• Knowledge of federal security and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• ISTQB or Agile certification preferred.
