Job summary

SHR is seeking a QA Engineer SME to serve as FEMA’s authoritative expert for QA governance, enterprise test automation, and cloud-native quality frameworks. The role requires more than 10 years of experience and strong leadership.

The candidate will oversee quality governance across FEMA systems, advise on quality risk and readiness, and drive automation within DevSecOps pipelines. A Bachelor’s degree and ISTQB/Agile preferences apply.

• More than 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Expert knowledge of QA engineering, automation, cloud testing, and compliance.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Agile or ISTQB preferred.

Clearance Requirements:

• Ability to obtain Public Trust. Active Public Trust is preferred. FEMA Public Trust is highly preferred.
