SHR – Software Hardware Re-engineered in Paris, VA, US is seeking a QA Engineer SME to serve as FEMA’s authoritative expert for QA governance, enterprise test automation, and cloud-native quality frameworks.

You will develop enterprise QA strategy, oversee governance across FEMA systems, advise leadership on risk, and lead integration of automated QA into DevSecOps pipelines. Requires 10+ years of relevant experience, deep QA knowledge, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Agile or ISTQB preferred.

Salary Range: $135,000.00 To $148,000.00 Annually
