YOUR ROLE WILL BE
• Help our QA team to grow on the automation basics. Work on assigning tasks, monitoring and evaluating the reports.
• Your role will primarily involve collaborating with the Admin XP Squad, which is the B2B segment of the product. This include responsibilities related to email campaigns, analytics, back-office navigation, groups, payment orders and flows, Admin core, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Define a strong testing strategy and QA vision (with Marc our Lead QA). Focus on performance testing and automation strategy cross-team impact.
• Focus on preventing quality issues instead of product defects.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
• Seeks to continuously improve test processes (Root Cause Analysis, Correction and Preventions).
• Designing and developing the test automation scripts on each level of testing pyramid.
• Create relevant scenarios and automatize them based on your test strategy: integration, API Test and E2E Tests.
• Mastering our E2E framework (Playwright).
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF
• Solid software engineering background.
• Relevant experience on performance testing
• Knowledge on performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling or K6 for example)
• Strong knowledge on JS/TS.
• Experience with continuous testing CI/CD pipelines.
• You have hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• You are familiar using Docker as development environment.
• Great oral and written communication in English.
NICE TO HAVE
• Working experience in an Agile development process.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• Previous experience in handling code for on premise solutions.
• Have experienced strong team growth in a previous company.
