Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE in the United States is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor III to lead complex audits and ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory guidelines. You will deliver finished audit reports, provide client services, and mentor junior auditors.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of QA experience, with strong communication, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills. This role supports multiple projects across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field or related experience.
• 5+ years of QA experience.
• Experience performing or leading GxP audits and regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and/or lead client, internal or GxP audits and regulatory inspections.
• Lead site audits, facility, vendor and/or sub-contractor audits.
• Provide GxP consultation and support to project teams and external clients.
• Lead process audits and participate as a co-auditor in complex audits.
• Perform other QA audits or activities (e.g., database audits, study audits, data reviews).
• Serve as a resource to operational departments on audit/QA topics.
• Prepare and present audit findings to management and clients.
• Mentor and guide junior auditors.
