Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Minerva, OH is seeking a QA Compliance Manager to lead day-to-day quality systems and QA processes for ingredients, packaging, and finished products. You will implement QA policies, manage third-party testing, and ensure compliance across production stages.

The role includes hosting auditors, overseeing CAPA, and training staff on GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• College degree in Food Science or related field.
• 5+ years in the food manufacturing industry especially in QA and Food safety.
• 2+ years QA management experience including overseeing QA laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Host auditors and inspectors.
• Verify analytical results for recipes and in-house testing.
• Lead CAPA initiatives and track corrective actions.
• Coordinate training for GMP, HACCP and SQF items.
• Prepare for and collaborate with inspections; manage training manuals.
