Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead deviations investigations and non-conformances.
• Draft investigation reports with minimal guidance.
• Ensure timely, compliant CAPA actions and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with QA and management on corrective actions.
• Act as liaison during client calls and audits.
• Support data collection for management reviews and KPI reporting.
