Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fiscal and operational reviews of HSD-funded agencies.
• Lead investigations including whistleblower investigations and other fraud-related cases.
• Implement proactive fraud detection and data analytics; escalate concerns per protocol.
• Conduct interviews and analyze agency audits, financial statements and Form 990 filings.
• Support external audits and develop risk assessment frameworks for monitoring.
