Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Sr. Manager of QA Engineering & Automation in the United States to define automation strategy for a major live mobile gaming product and to build an automation team from the ground up.

You will lead development of testing frameworks and CI/CD integration, mentoring QA professionals and collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Live Operations to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in QA, test automation, or quality engineering, incl. 4+ years leading automation teams.
• Experience developing automation strategies, frameworks, tooling, and infrastructure for complex software.
• Hands-on programming in one or more languages; C# is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with mobile testing, AI-assisted testing, and CI/CD integration.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the QA automation strategy with scalable frameworks and quality gates for a live mobile game.
• Build and lead an automation engineering team, including recruitment, onboarding, mentorship, and career progression.
• Design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions for UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA to integrate automated testing into CI/CD and improve testability.
• Mentor manual QA staff to transition into coding and automation.
• Communicate quality risks and automation progress to stakeholders across teams.
