Job summary

SupportFinity is seeking a hands-on Senior QA Automation Lead to join a development team supporting critical banking platforms and digital transformation initiatives. You will drive test automation, CI/CD integration, and quality engineering best practices to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Responsibilities include embedded QA leadership, designing robust automation frameworks, and mentoring the team on shift-left testing while ensuring regulatory compliance in financial services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Quality Assurance with 5+ years hands-on test automation.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Strong experience in API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• CI/CD integration experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Experience in banking/financial services is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Agile/DevOps methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the embedded QA lead for assigned development teams.
• Design, build, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for web, API, and backend systems.
• Integrate automated testing suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and architects throughout the SDLC.
• Establish quality engineering standards and governance.
• Own the end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management.
• Utilize AI-enabled testing tools to enhance coverage and efficiency.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, performance, and E2E testing.
• Perform root cause analysis on production issues.
• Mentor team members on automation and shift-left testing methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with banking and financial security regulatory standards.
