Mphasis is seeking a QA Associate to join our team in New Jersey. The role focuses on building and executing automated tests across web apps using Cucumber, Selenium, Java, and MongoDB, while validating API testing, data ETL processes and security aspects.

You will collaborate with product managers and developers within an Agile, CI/CD driven environment. We expect 4-6+ years as SDET, strong BDD/TDD experience, and a solid Banking domain background.

Qualificações

• 4-6+ years of experience as SDET with automated testing
• 4+ years as Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• 4+ years in Banking, Credit Card processing, API testing, Data / ETL testing
• 2+ years in test automation using AI agents
• Expert in BDD/TDD with Gherkin syntax
• Experience in implementing test strategies, test plans and test data
• Execute test cases (manual or automated), report bugs and conduct post-release testing
• Proficient in QA Methodology, Agile frameworks, functional & regression testing
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
• Develop and execute automated tests to validate functionality, performance, and security of web apps
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipeline
• Identify, document, and track defects with dev teams
• Troubleshoot errors, gaps and defects; analytical mindset
• Report test coverage and defect status clearly
• Improve test automation processes and tools
• Participate in code reviews and maintain test data/environments
• Proficiency with automation tools and RPA is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related field

Responsabilidades

• Assess software quality through automated testing using Cucumber, Selenium, Java, MongoDB, SQL/No SQL
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and report defects to development teams
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for seamless execution
• Develop and execute automated test cases to validate functionality, performance, and security of web applications
• Identify, document, and track defects with development teams to resolve them
• Provide detailed reports on test coverage and results
• Continuously improve the test automation process and tools
• Participate in code reviews and maintain test data/environments
• Develop test data, test environments, and testing infrastructure
