DriveWealth is seeking a hands-on Senior QA Engineer to strengthen our Quality Assurance team focused on post-trade platforms. You will own scalable automation, validate end-to-end workflows, and help raise testing practices across the SDLC, ensuring robust releases.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in financial services QA, strong Java, REST API testing, and experience with Kafka, Postgres SQL, AWS, Git/Jenkins.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA experience in financial services, with post-trade or back-office exposure.
• Strong Java development and test automation skills.
• Experience with REST APIs and event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS).
• Proficiency in SQL (Postgres) for data validation.
• Experience with AWS, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Jira and test management tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Java, Cucumber, and RestAssured.
• Build tests across API, messaging (Kafka), and data layers with UI where applicable.
• Validate end-to-end post-trade workflows including settlement, margins, and cash.
• Create test plans and regression suites for financial systems.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Analyze results, troubleshoot defects, and improve coverage.
• Collaborate with Eng, Product, Ops, and Compliance on testing strategy.
• Participate in test reviews and production issue analysis.
