Zusammenfassung

Dispel is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead our Quality Engineering team in building scalable test automation for cybersecurity products. You will design and evolve automated testing with Playwright and JavaScript, mentoring junior engineers while shaping QA strategy across multiple products.

This hands-on role emphasizes automation, reliability, and rapid feedback within a remote US team; you will drive CI/CD quality gates, work with security teams, and influence engineering

Qualifikationen

5+ years in Software Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, SDET or similar.
Experience designing automated tests for modern web apps with Playwright/JS/TS.
Experience integrating tests with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
Experience testing complex apps with RBAC, multi-tenant environments, or security policies.
Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical feedback through code reviews.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

Lead QA strategy, frameworks, and automated test plans across products.
Design and evolve automated testing framework using Playwright and JavaScript.
Develop reliable, maintainable automated tests for browser-based cybersecurity apps.
Own CI/CD integrated testing infrastructure with quality gates.
Diagnose flaky tests and analyze results to distinguish defects from tooling issues.
Mentor junior QA and automation engineers and drive QA practices across teams.
