Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (QA Automation with Java / Selenium and AI) in Berkeley Heights, NJ. You will design, implement, and maintain automated test suites, drive testing strategies across multiple programs, and collaborate with global teams to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of Gateway Services products.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and/or certifications.
• Strong understanding of information systems, including hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with test automation tools and API testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and tools to improve test efficiency.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and plan tests.
• Lead test planning, quality reviews, and daily test execution.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to enable automated testing.
• Perform end-to-end testing activities across large projects.
