Job summary

Flosum is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain an end-to-end automated testing framework bridging AWS cloud web apps and Salesforce architecture.

You will automate cross-platform end-to-end journeys, create stable Salesforce Lightning UI tests, and develop API automation for real-time integrations, ensuring secure data sync across services. A strong DevOps mindset and CI/CD experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA Automation Engineering, specifically handling complex enterprise integrations.
• Deep Salesforce Expertise: Salesforce Lightning architecture, metadata, security models, and developer workflows.
• Code-first automation stack: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium OR Salesforce testing systems (Provar, ACCELQ, UTAM).
• API & Database Testing: REST API testing and SOQL queries for Salesforce verification.
• DevOps Mindset: experience adding automated tests to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, or cloud tools).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an automated testing framework covering both AWS web app and Salesforce workflows.
• Automate end-to-end user journeys across platforms (cloud UI triggering Salesforce actions).
• Create stable UI tests for Salesforce Lightning resisting dynamic IDs and Shadow DOM changes (UTAM/Playwright/Cypress/Selenium).
• Develop API automation for real-time data integrations, webhooks, and secure queues between AWS and Salesforce.
• Integrate test suites into Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
